My spiritual name is Adi Akasha Kaur. I am a seeker, a nature lover, and a guide for those seeking balance, healing, and a deeper connection to themselves.
I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2019, working with students from around the globe. I’ve had the honor of being a guest teacher at international yoga retreats in the United States, Bulgaria, Canada, and Greece.
As a member of the International Yoga Teaching Organization, I am committed to the proper teaching of Kundalini Yoga, supported by appropriate qualifications and ongoing study.
My Story
My journey into the world of healing began not as a profession, but as a personal quest for balance and clarity. For years, I navigated the demands of a fast-paced life, feeling the subtle but persistent hum of stress and disconnection.
This search led me first to the quiet, grounding power of yoga, which taught me how to connect with my body and breath. I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga when I was looking for an alternative practice where I could find harmony between breathing exercises, meditation, physical movement, and spirituality.
However, it was my first encounter with sound healing that marked a profound turning point. I discovered the restorative power of the gong, experiencing firsthand how its deep, resonant vibrations could clear the mind, release stored tension, and restore the nervous system in a way I had never thought possible.
This powerful, transformative experience ignited a passion to deepen my own understanding. I immersed myself in studying these ancient practices, driven by a simple desire: to share these powerful tools of restoration with others who are also seeking a path back to peace and well-being.
Kundalini Yoga has helped me rediscover the way back to myself. It introduced me to wonderful people. It gave me the techniques to feel good and to live my life to the fullest and much more harmoniously than before. Now, I feel healthier, happier, and more conscious. I see the magic in my daily life.
My Philosophy
I believe that Kundalini Yoga and sound healing should be accessible to anyone willing to practice. All you need is a yoga mat, a blanket, a bottle of water, and a few feet of space in your home, bedroom, or office.
We live in interesting times, and now more than ever, people need more hope, more unconditional and bountiful love, more understanding, and more support.
My belief is that deep within each of us lives an innate wisdom—a life force energy waiting to be awakened. Through voice, sound, breathwork, and sacred yogic practices, I create a safe, nurturing space where transformation unfolds naturally.
